At Filigran I lead Sales for Central EMEA. We help enterprise customers leverage Cyber Threat Intelligence and Adversarial Exposure Management to make faster and smarter decisions about cyber risk. We serve organizations that want to move beyond compliance checklists and toward continuous intelligence driven security posture management. Customers across Europe use our open platform to turn threat intelligence into action. ⸻ I build regions, teams and revenue from the ground up. At Semperis I launched the EMEA Central region with zero brand awareness, no customers, no partners and no local team. Within four years this operation generated over 13 million dollars in annual recurring revenue, driven by a focused team of seven quota carrying account executives supported by marketing, channel, presales and post sales functions. My focus is complex enterprise sales in regulated industries such as global two thousand accounts, critical infrastructure and financial services. I combine strategic thinking with pragmatic execution from market entry to ramp up to scale. I manage from the field, not from behind a desk. I work closely with my team, customers and partners on the ground. I coach in live deals, open doors and ensure we learn fast and execute even faster. In early stage environments that is where speed, trust and outcomes are built. I hire with intent. My network spans DACH, the Alps, Nordics and Benelux. I understand why seemingly strong hires often fail and I prioritize resilience, speed and reliability over CV keywords. My specialization is in cybersecurity, identity first security, identity threat detection and response and enterprise grade resilience. These are topics that require board level understanding and alignment. Working with CISOs, intelligence leads and security operations teams to position threat intelligence as a strategic decision layer rather than a purely technical SOC function.
