Throughout my career, I have focused on building, stabilizing and governing quality and operational systems under high customer, audit and compliance pressure. I have led plant-level and multi-site organizations through system rebuilds, supplier escalations, customer audits and post-growth stabilization phases, with a strong emphasis on governance, execution discipline and protecting operational profitability under pressure. In a short period, I led an organization-wide operational transformation by focusing on system deployment and integration, establishing a performance-driven operating model that brings together production, quality, and engineering functions. In a multi-site electric vehicle manufacturing organization, I ensured operational stabilization during a rapid growth phase by integrating quality, production, and supplier processes into a unified operating model. By aligning product, process, and supplier structures, I improved manufacturing reliability and enabled more predictable and manageable operations through systematic resolution of shopfloor issues. During the pandemic, I led end-to-end production and quality operations under highly constrained conditions, delivering operational stabilization, cost control, and improved customer performance. Led end-to-end product and operational management in tram and light metro manufacturing by integrating production, quality, engineering, and field validation processes. In a low-volume, high-engineering complexity environment, I strengthened coordination between production, R&D, and field operations, improving product reliability and operational stability.
