In my current experience at Hemmersbach, I am leading the Concepts and programs team of L&D, creating global development programs. As an L&D Manager at Dialectica, I led the design and delivery of engaging and effective learning solutions that empower our global workforce to provide high-quality insights and solutions to our clients. I have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Patras, which helps me to apply analytical and logical thinking to complex problems. I have over four years of experience in the information services industry, working in the Client Service team and HR at Dialectica. I am passionate about learning and development, and I strive to create a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and feedback.
