As the Client Solutions Lead for the Consumer Electronics Industry, I help to build scaleable industry wide insights and strategies, while growing my book of accounts. Highlights: • I developed a Account Growth Framework to test the co-relation between increased engagement and incremental revenue. Worked closely with the BPM team to execute the framework on 1 account which resulted in 508% BiM to BiM revenue growth. • Through consultative selling that aligned with my clients' objectives and needs, as well as fostering strong relationships with both clients and the agency team, I was instrumental in enabling the team to achieve an average sales attainment of 106%, with the highest BiM attainment reaching 151%. • In May 2022, I was appointed as the Consumer Electronics Industry Lead based on my exceptional performance record, comprehensive product knowledge, and in-depth understanding of my clients' industry. Under my supervision, the Consumer Electronics vertical saw a 40% Y-o-Y revenue growth.
Managed agency and client marketing teams on both regional and global accounts. Responsible for increasing revenue by ensuring client retention, cross selling/up selling, providing QBR and supporting sales on new account pitches. • Through pre-sales consultation, execution troubleshooting and providing data driven insights during QBR, I was able to build strong relationship with my clients. It resulted in achieving above 100% revenue targets every quarter and helping IAS in maintaining above 80% market share in SEA. • Collaborated closely with agency client to spearhead an agency wide workshop, educating them about the basics, importance and value of media verification. Resulting in increased client interest and adoption.
• Liaised with Malaysia and local teams to ensure timely creative adaptations and campaign execution. • Provided monthly and ad hoc performance review for client’s campaigns. • Contributed in a major pitching process of a key account. • Exposed to business development, met up with publishers to onboard them into the Innity network.
