I act as technical advisor for the SWDE Remote Management System under design. The purpose is to centralise the remote control and command of 700+ sites (70k tags) across Belgium ranging from pumping stations, water treatment plants to water towers. My roles are to: - actively contribute to the technical design and roll out of the solution - support the design and development of a standardised and object-oriented library for water management applications - share my project execution expertise and validation methodology on such specific process control domain - participate on capturing and sharing technical knowledge within the company

As Project Manager, I did lead the global ICT infrastructure changes by orchestrating the subcontracting parties. The mission covered Data Center move and merge, network topology changes and infrastructure reliability improvements (both on availability and security areas). Managing operational SLA implementation was also part of the transition.
