- Spearheaded client acquisition for the entire chapter by initiating outreach to 100+ local businesses in Evanston and the greater Chicagoland area, resulting in successful partnerships with 10+ new clients that are primarily nonprofits or minority-owned businesses - Led two projects with Evanston Stitchworks and Will's Place, managing 10+ new business analysts, to analyze and research 7 competitors and create a differentiation strategy for an local nonprofit cafe and a local stitch-work shop serving 100+ customers daily; expanded reach and sponsorship through social media strategies
- Co-constructed a multi-language Qualtrics survey sent to 10+ schools to assist district leaders at Beaverton School District evaluate pathways for education models (i.e. CRI-supportive education) to support leadership decision-making on organizational strategy and community well-being - Performed thorough data analysis and visualization of 5500+ survey entries via R and drafted formal school reports for Tumwater school at Beaverton School District
Founded a peer-to-peer service platform for Northwestern University (NU), with demonstrated interest from 1000+ NU community members within two months of launch, that enables students, faculty, and staff to exchange skills and knowledge through personalized, community-driven learning experiences
