I am actively working as the tour manager for Sıla. At the same time, I work freelance, handling artist operations for companies that book artists for municipalities and corporate companies. Additionally, I provide production management services for various events and artists at a company I work for. In the past, I also served as the Event Manager for a long period at Turkey's largest high school festival.

• Planning the day of the artist and their team on the day of the concert by communicating with the client. • Ensuring communication between the artist and the client on the day of the concert. • Enabling the artist to perform under appropriate conditions.
• Management of the operational processes of all concerts booked by Tema Sanat. • Follow-up of the work from start to finish.
I manage the operations of the concerts of the artists that Koşan Adam has booked for municipalities.
