As a commodity trader with over nine years of experience, I specialize in the base metals and minerals market, import, export, hedging, trade financing, and marketing base metals and minerals. I deeply understand the global market dynamics, supply and demand trends, and price movements of various commodities, such as copper, zinc, lead, and gold ore&concs. I was always into international trading and tried myself in small trades. After graduation, I decided to found Zincus Metal and currently own and operate Zincus Metal Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., a company that provides metal trading to clients in Turkey and abroad. I also founded and run Mynex Madencilik ve Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti., a company that trades base metal mineral resources in Turkey representing Ocean Partners UK LTD. Through these ventures, I have established strong relationships with producers, consumers, and intermediaries and have successfully executed multiple deals and contracts with favorable terms and conditions. In addition to my trading skills, I have a solid background in ocean transportation, thanks to my education and training at the State University of New York Maritime College and Istanbul Technical University. I have gained valuable knowledge and experience in freight, project financing, project planning, risk management, and logistic management. My goal is to leverage my expertise and network to create value and opportunities for my clients and partners and contribute to the commodity sector's development and sustainability. I am passionate about learning new skills and exploring new markets, and always open to new challenges and collaborations.
