I collect, study and analyze datasets for improving document classification via ML. Compiling datasets involves analyzing the goals of the classification and searching for specific data that indulge those goals. After creating the ML models, they have to be implemented and tested. Testing is a manual process, where you compare the expected results with the implemented ones. When released on production, ML models need permanent monitoring and identifying the fields for model enhacement or improvement.
Machine learning maintenance involves handling of models for textual content categorization by collecting, testing and training of data sets. As a content editor for Middle East and North Africa I did manual testing of the platform interface, participated in the process of data acquisition and data quality assessment, observe content delivery schedule and did manual content categorisation. An important part of the job was daily selection of top stories and industry alerts. Small translations from and to Arabic were also required at a regular basis.
The job required the support of the company's database of commercial entities by manual and automated checks and verification of the information through constant follow-up of the financial markets and other resources. Also, I did manual testing of the platform's interface and the new functionalities. Use of Arabic and English languages on a daily basis was also required.

Selecting and preparing short news on corporate, industrial and macroeconomic topics. I selected the articles from the regional media and translated them from Arabic into English and formatted and transformed them under the internationally adopted quality criteria for economic news journalism.
