Eighteen years experience as chorister with Internationally renowned opera company participating in productions such as La Boheme, Don Giovanni, Tosca, and Norma to mention just a few. Currently contracted for the 2025-2026 Season in the chorus participating in Puccini's Il Trittico.. Perform audits of operational areas, including but not limited to: Credit, Funding, and Collections to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. Audit calls to detect errors in the departmental process and ensure representatives are within compliance policies and procedures. Create and complete reports of calls, email errors to members of management, and handle assigned calls within a monthly deadline. Position prior to Quality Control: Funding Team Lead – Assisted management in daily operations within the Funding Department with data entry and contract verifications. Sorted FEDEX and UPS mail between departments and ensured prompt notification of those deliveries. Sort and create file folders for the Funding contracts, perform data entry on files and delivered to assigned representatives. Train and assist temporary employees with their data entry tasks. Perform quality control on files until representatives can satisfactorily complete the data entry process with minimal supervision and assistance. Assist with the receptionist duties at the front desk and meet and greet visitors for the Executive staff. Position prior to the Funding Department: Direct Lending Sales Team Lead – Monitored multiple phone queues to ensure efficient and timely handling of incoming calls. Assisted Call Center representatives with their questions and handled escalated calls. Train new representatives in the proper call etiquette and correct compliance procedures handling the sensitive information regarding a customer’s account. Organize break and meeting schedule as needed in department to ensure full phone coverage for optimal customer experience. In charge of various reports with scheduled deadlines as well as assist other departments within the company as needed. Conduct call evaluations of representative to report to manager to assist with quarterly/yearly reviews and assure that the department representatives are within company’s compliance policies.
Participate as a soprano in different contracted operas during the HGO Season. Attend scheduled rehearsals and performances in the Wortham Theater in the Theater District of Downtown Houston throughout the week in the evenings and at various times on weekends.
