► Led a group of engineers working on 3GPP2 standards. Defined strategies for the work aligned with the corporate goals. ► Led the technical team that performed the first CDMA WLL trial in Brazil, TELEBAHIA 1997, and as training instructor, field engineering lead and site manager obtained full customer acceptance and certification. ► Specified product adaptations required for signaling, billing as well as phone and switch tones, to comply with local TELEBRAS standards. ► Was an integral member of the deployment of the first CDMA PCS network in Latin America, installing and commissioning BTS and BSC and doing network optimization for most of the Southern region. ► Provided technical support for business development and proposals.
