I led hiring talent and building up a new people development strategy for the company and workforce adequacy plan covering operators, technicians, engineers and leaders. I led competency matrix development and implementation to all employees that helped to maintain high and accurate level of manpower positioning, growing and development. Our Strategic Workforce Plan helped to achieve the first quartile (Q1) benchmark by PTAI for companies at same industry.
