I am in charge with Information Technology Tactical Projects (under 1 mil TCV) and offering support as well for an Expert Strategic Sourcer (more than 1 mil TCV) based in Switzerland. On a daily basis, I am offering services to the stakeholder which is acting in the banking domain. After analyzing in detail the request and the type of Software that the client needs, the journey starts. I am contacting the Suppliers to ask for an offer, prepare the Contract Draft, NDA, TOP (in case of an RFP event with multiple bidders). I make sure that all the end-to-end process in both SAP Ariba and the client’s tool is accurate, analyze the Contract which may have redlines and reach out to Legal department for changes approval, making sure that all the mandatory Clauses and Annexes that are regulatory required, are included to avoid any compliance and audit issues. I have a very good understanding of the Software License types and Contract models based on the Client’s need: Cloud based Software License or on-prem license, very good knowledge of the Clauses and Exhibits thanks to the multiple contract negotiations with both Supplier and Legal persons. The Contracts can be Master Agreements, Amendments, Renewals, Standalone Agreements ecc.
