Hello! I currently work in Persol Malaysia as a Consultant. Previously, I had experience for position Recruitment Administrator in talent sourcing services department and also protege (Gees) at Petroliam Sdn Bhd (PETRONAS) in Talent Acquisition. I have graduate in bachelor's of Human Resources from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Arau. Additionally, I also have Diploma in Banking. I passionate about human resource especially in recruitment as I find that I enjoy working with many people. Involved in recruitment process
1) Scanning resumes for new practicum student recruitment 2) Emailing and contacting candidates for confirmation of new students for internships 3) Calculate the employee's pension amount using government websites - JPA website 4) Record employees leave and calculate the available leave balance 5) Record and update employees service in excel regarding employee's salary, allowances, rewards received, and training that require employees to join. 6) Send memos, correspondence and drafts related to pensions and offers letter to employees 7) Handling the event "Tunas niaga"
