Currently working as a Laboratory Scientist in clinical laboratory where I am responsible for a sample testing while practicing the Good Laboratory Practice GLP. Validate, record and report for patient results, phlebotomy, doing a qc and calibration to the machine analyzer and many more. Have a good exposure working in a laboratory and operating the laboratory machine analyzer.
My position during internship as a laboratory Chemist who caried out laboratory samples and specimen using automated machine analyzer and hands on manually for a variety of patient samples ranging from blood, urine, tissue and cells. For my task, i learn to do quality control of the machine analyzer before the sample testing by preparing the correct reagent and ensure the correct callibration is done. Also, i have been exposed and done all the test that the laboratory provide to the customers. Furthermore, i have handled a few analytical and machine analyzer such as Sysmex XN-10, Sysmex XN-1000, Stago Compact Max 3, Architect i-8000, architect i-16000, Cobas U611, S-10 ESR Automatic reader, and Capillary 3 Octa. I am also sorting and organizing the samples with different tubes before being segregate into each section for sample analyzing depending to the request and type of testing. Besides, i also knowledgeable in using Integrated Laboratory Management System (ILMS).
