Purchasing Administration Staff: - Responsible for purchasing process. - Communicating with vendors to request a quotation letters. - Make a Purchase Order Letters and send it by email to Vendors. - Controlling and make sure order arrive on time, exact quantity and good quality. - Follow up to vendors if the ordered item has a problem. - Receive and checking a delivery order letters and input item data. - Archive all purchase document such as invoice, delivery order letters, tax invoice, purchase order letters etc. - Prepare documents for process payment.
Student Intern: - Input export data. - Record of document PEB in ledger - Scaning and Filing data - Foto Copy document. - Entry data and recap of report daily cash
