I’m a Salesforce Administrator with a background in Information Technology, data analytics, and system optimization. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Computer and Information Engineering, along with a Master’s degree in Information Technology focused on data mining, analytics, and agile methodologies. Over the years, I’ve built experience in data analysis, system management, reporting, and process improvement. During my internship at PETRONAS Penapisan (T) Sdn Bhd, I worked on large-scale data tracking and visualization projects using Microsoft Power BI. I’ve also been involved in research related to sentiment analysis and predictive analytics using social media data. In my current role as a Salesforce Administrator, I support business operations through user management, system configuration, data maintenance, workflow improvements, reporting, and collaboration across teams. I enjoy using technology to make processes more efficient, improve user experiences, and help businesses grow with scalable solutions. I’m always interested in learning new technologies, solving problems, and contributing to meaningful digital transformation projects.
