Education professional with over 7 years of experience across higher education, international schools, student development, career services, and industry engagement. A Registered and Licensed Counsellor with the Board of Counsellors Malaysia, I have successfully supported students from secondary through tertiary education in areas including career planning, employability, personal development, and industry readiness. My experience spans career guidance, employer engagement, strategic partnerships, project management, and large-scale student development initiatives. I have worked within both higher education institutions and international school environments, including experienced in supporting nine international schools as part of a regional education team. Currently, I lead industry engagement initiatives that connect students with employers through career services initiatives as in employer projects, mentorship programmes, career preparation workshops, industry collaborations, and strategic partnerships. I am passionate about creating meaningful opportunities that bridge education and industry while equipping students with the skills and experiences needed to thrive in an evolving workforce. I am particularly interested in opportunities related to student success, employability, industry partnerships, education management, and stakeholder engagement, including regional and international roles.
