General office and clerical assignments related to the research, development, and recommendations of SUDCD statewide policies, procedures, policy changes, letters, and forms management.
-Meet with stakeholder(s) and document scope of work. -Identify project requirements and select project team. -Develop preliminary budget and schedule. -Review construction documents for scope, accuracy, feasibility and constructability. -Prepare Request for Proposals and Agreements. -Coordinate pre-bid job walks, review proposals and make recommendations for award. -Chair progress meetings, mitigate any risks associated with schedule and budget, review submittals, RFI’s, ASI’s and communicate status to stakeholder(s). -Maintain quality control and assurance. -Manage master construction schedule, including phasing and extensions. -Responsible for project job costing, including purchase orders, invoices, change orders and budget reconciliation. -Coordinate Final Acceptance, including commissioning, closeout documentation and project transfer
