As the development & training manager of Safety Dept, I am responsible for; • Managing internal team of 11 individuals and 20 external trainers, Development Part; • Collecting and understanding the data of our metrics (more than 250) while using gforms-gsheets, tableau, iUGO application, GetirUp platform and our own database, • Analyzing the data and creating approximately 50 different reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, • Analyzing the performances of Safety Field Team (50), • Analyzing the performances of Safety Training Team (20), • Analyzing the performances of Franchisees (500+), • Analyzing the performances of the couriers (30K+), • Analyzing the root causes of the accidents, • Searching the articles throughout the world to create vision, • Leading “I Have an Idea” sessions, • Budget management on a monthly basis, • First contact of the application “iUGO” which tracks the location, the speed and the safety behavior of the couriers, • Leading the communication with various departments including operation, logistics, legal, product and data departments, Training Part; • Regarding the data; creating both face-to-face and online trainings to develop the safety culture within the company, • Planning 20 trainers’ trainings, trips, accommodations on a weekly basis, • Steady communication with 500+ franchisees, • Training more than 1000 couriers monthly on a face-to-face training, • Creating online contents on a weekly and monthly basis, • First contact of the e-learning platform “GetirUp” which is the main source of e-trainings within the company, • Responsible for teaching & training other countries

Main Objectives: Create "Exhaust Manifold Production Line" with 58 seconds cycle time to produce 250k parts per year while staying below the budget of 300k Euro. •Coordination and management of the co-workers (from Production, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Purchasing, Job Safety, R&D departments) • Designing the process and machine layout • Choosing machines, cutters, machine parts, cutter oils etc. • Choosing control methods and frequences • Choosing maintenance methods and frequences • Negotiation and budget management of 300k euro • QCD objectives • Risk analysis and risk management • Poke-Yoke, Kaizen • Planning, documentation, synergy, benchmarking, standardization, presentation, reporting • Mass production
