I am a final-year medical student at the University of Glasgow with a strong passion for health advocacy in Brunei Darussalam and a commitment to driving meaningful change. As Brunei’s newest One Young World Ambassador, I founded Jaga Diri Brunei (@jagadiribrunei); a health advocacy platform dedicated to building a Bruneian community that understands, values, and prioritises wellbeing through engaging and creative content. I served as President of the Brunei Medical Students' Association (2024-2025), where I oversaw a global network of Bruneian medical students and led the board in delivering initiatives that empower the next generation of Bruneian healthcare professionals. I have also founded several youth-focused conferences, including the University of Glasgow’s inaugural Model United Nations Conference and the PTE Sengkurong Youth Model ASEAN Meeting, both of which aim to inspire leadership, critical thinking, and global awareness among young people. With a strong academic track record, including multiple Cambridge Outstanding Achiever Awards, I’ve also honed leadership, public speaking, and project management skills through various roles and competitions. I thrive at the intersection of medicine, leadership, and advocacy, always striving to make a difference.

- Founded @jagadiribrunei ; a platform that aims to nurture a Bruneian community that understands and values good health. - Focus on prevention of non-communicable diseases which account for 80% of deaths in Brunei by empowering the audience with better health literacy through creative content.
- Be a part of the global community of young changemakers leading impactful initiatives and driving positive change. - Represented Brunei Darussalam aș a delegate at the One Young World Summit 2025 in Munich, Germany under the Embassy of Change Scholarship and support from the Ministry of Education, Brunei Darussalam.
- Established Brunei’s first Youth Model ASEAN Meeting, empowering over 100 youth with 21st-century skills through diplomatic simulations on regional issues. - Mentored future leaders, ensuring the sustainability and growth of the initiative.
- Founded and led the 1st Glasgow Model United Nations Conference, bringing together international delegates to engage in high-level debates on global issues. - Directed weekly debate forums and facilitated national conference participation, strengthening members’ diplomacy, public speaking, and critical thinking skills.
