• Creating examination policies and guidelines for writing exam questions. • Planning, organizing, scheduling, administering, proctoring, scoring, and reporting of all assessments. • Working with faculty from multiple disciplines to develop examination blueprints for organ systems and comprehensive examinations. • Organizing, administering, proctoring, and reporting of all external exams, including the NBME Comprehensive Basic Sciences (CBSE) and Custom Assessments (CAS), and quizzes on the ExamSoft platform. • Liaise with the office of student affairs to provide approved testing accommodations, report disciplinary issues, and arrange for makeup examinations. • Liaise with the office of the registrar to order and schedule NBME examinations. • Recruiting faculty proctors, external proctors and coordinating IT support. • Monitoring all test sessions for disruptive behavior, cheating, and testing irregularities. • Organizing and conducting meetings of the Examination Committee for vetting of exam questions and for post-exam item analysis. • Organizing and team building of the Exam Center. • Delivering orientation sessions for students on examination policies. • Data analytics, identifying and plotting data trends. • Provide assessment data to academic leadership, curriculum committee, and the education departments to inform decision making. • Planning and implementing transition to remote proctoring during the Covid19 pandemic. • Designing and implementing a formal remote proctoring training and certification scheme for external proctors.
• Delivering lectures in Microbiology and Immunology – year two. • Designing small group activities to complement lectures • Facilitating small group discussion – year two • Advising and mentoring students • Reviewing teaching material and questions written by department faculty
