Núbia Rodrigues é psicóloga formada pela UFSJ, com especialização em Saúde Global e Diplomacia da Saúde pela Fiocruz. Recentemente, se tornou mestre pelo programa Erasmus Mundus Global-MINDS (SWPS, Polônia / UiO, Noruega / UL, Irlanda), com foco em Psicologia da Mobilidade Global, Inclusão e Diversidade na Sociedade. Sua pesquisa investiga as interseções entre gênero e migração, utilizando abordagens feministas e decoloniais, além de métodos narrativos e participativos. Nos últimos cinco anos, Núbia tem desenvolvido projetos e pesquisas em diversos contextos internacionais, incluindo Brasil, Colômbia, África do Sul e União Europeia. Sua trajetória profissional abrange parcerias com organizações internacionais, como agências da ONU, think tanks e iniciativas comunitárias voltadas para a promoção de justiça social. Com habilidades em storytelling, comunicação intercultural, design e gestão de projetos, Núbia é apaixonada por iniciativas que visam a transformação social e a promoção da inclusão e igualdade. Suas principais áreas de interesse no momento incluem migração, gênero, saúde mental, liderança juvenil, e justiça climática.

One of the 10 students selected with a full scholarship for the Global-MINDS 2023-2025 cohort, under the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Program.
• Member of the Gender Justice Program, supporting Community-Based Organizations to strengthen their Gender-Based Violence activism and collaboration with local state actors. • Facilitation of 5 GBV local stakeholders workshops, with a community participatory approach; development of a psychosocial framework for the Foundation, with a do no harm approach; synthesis and design of research reports for 23 partners; production of a wellbeing toolkit; planning of focus groups research and collection of stories of impact proposal. • Supporting analyses and events of other FHR Programs: Access to Justice, Community Engagement, and Unfinished Business of the Truth & Reconciliation.
• Member of the Data Feminism Program, developing mixed-methods research about gender issues in the Global South. • Mapping and review of 50 technology-driven and technology-enabled interventions to mitigate child marriage and female genital mutilation across 13 countries in Africa and Asia, with 3 in-depth case studies; use of desk review and structured interviews; analysis based in socio-ecological model, feminist lenses and theories of change of UNFPA–UNICEF. • Supporting applications for research funds, events and projects from international agencies and NGOs.
• Promotion after 4 months of experience as a volunteer in the Portuguese Flagship Program, in partnership with Campus b; • Planning of communication strategy and publications in media channels, 3x number of followers; • Design of social media publications, institutional materials, and commercial presentations; • International events organization; • Development of organizational and intercultural analyses.
