1. Recruitment order processing: - Review and verify recruitment orders from department - Publish vacant positions through internal/external channels. 2. Selection process: - Shortlist applicants from internal/external sources - Organize placement tests - Arrange and conduct interviews - Check references - Get approvals based on non-financial LOA - Offer employment to qualified candidates - Produce confirmations of employment for Vietnamese staff - Get confirmation of employment signed by the company representatives and qualified candidates 3. Induction and/or probation - Conduct induction programm to new starters - Facilitate new starters into the system during probation - Arrange working preparation for new hires: tools of works - Conduct probation evaluation - Confirm probation status to the new starter 4. Others: - Assist RM to forecast and plan recruitment requirements in line with functional and business strategy - Provide resourcing strategic inputs for the company - Effectively utilise and negotiate the services of executive search firms or employment agencies - Execute and monitor recruitment and selection budget and resources of the company
• Search for a source of high school teacher candidates using a variety of channels • Review applications to shortlist potential candidates • Conduct interviews to select candidates being interviewed with Vice Principal • Support and follow up new employees’ onboarding process • Administrate fanpage, website of shool for recruitment purposes • Other tasks related to human resource assigned by Vice Principal
Take charge of developing Ad – HR Department with Admin, C&B, Recruitment, Training, Internal Communication • Create a healthy, positive and convenient working environment • Ensure qualified human resource from recruiting, training to developing • Propose and implement the annual evaluation for Gosto and Biti’s • Design and propose salary range for Gosto and Biti’s • Discuss and consult Department Managers with effective solutions to human issues • Work directly with Biti’s CEO to develop innovation teams for strategic goals
Build and develop Standard Operating Procedure of Recruitment and Training for Gosto and Biti’s • Develop and update job description and job specifications • Evaluate and execute on hiring needs and organizational goals • Track and identify potential candidates to ensure qualification match and cultural fit within schedule • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated • Conduct organization-wide training need assessment to identify skill and knowledge gaps • Assist to HRM to map out annual training plans, schedules, design and develop training programs (outsourced or in-house) for Departments • Training Assistant: Arrange in-house training facilities and equipment, Prepare training materials according to trainer’s requirements, Gather feedbacks from trainers and trainees to improve training quality
Implement essential initiatives to qualify 50 ACers for club activities • Participate in Executive Board creating the organization’s overall vision, mission, values • Design indivitual development plan for entire members • Supervise, evaluate and coach project leaders • Make decisions for all important internal affairs
