I am a Data Scientist with an Electrical Engineering background, specialising in Machine Learning, customer decisioning and collections analytics within financial services. I build end-to-end ML solutions that move beyond experimentation into practical business applications — from data preparation, feature engineering and model development through validation, UAT, deployment and production execution. My experience includes developing propensity and channel optimisation models, identifying collections opportunities, designing customer treatment and campaign strategies, and supporting production campaigns focused on arrears recovery and impairment reduction. I combine Machine Learning, business rules, risk strategies and customer behavioural analytics to translate complex data into actionable decisions and measurable business outcomes.
