Served as project manager for the LEGA system, the most widely used legal debt collection application in Turkey. Served as project manager for the VPOS ( Virtual Point of Sale) system for DEDAŞ and DEPSAŞ. Served as the project manager for the Pandora Agile team for Türk Telekom. DSİ BYS – Information Management System Analyzed, designed and implemented web-based human resources and budget modules for The General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works (DSI in Turkish acronym). Migrated existing data from the former application into the new framework successfully. Project was developed on Visual Studio 2010 with C# (.NET Framework 3.5) with Oracle as the backend database. DSI MIS.NET ERP Budget Module MIS.NET is the customized ERP solution for The General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works (DSI in Turkish acronym). Completed the renovation of the budget module by re-analysing the needs of the client. Added new report facilities and processes for better user experience. Project was developed on Visual Studio 2003 with C# (.NET Framework 1.1) with Oracle as the backend database. DSI EDYS Document Management System Analyzed, designed and implemented web-based authorization module and exception management module for The General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works (DSI in Turkish acronym). Also analyzed, designed and implemented the visualized workflow editing tool by using Silverlight and web services. Project was developed on Visual Studio 2010 with C# (.NET Framework 3.5) with Oracle as the backend database.
