SELECTED CAREER ACHIEVEMENTS At Apple Retail undertook an audit of the complicated process to sign up new iPhone contract sales. Designed a completely new process and contracted a third party (Experian) to provide a digital ID check. Sold this process to key stakeholders and as a result achieved a significant increase in business in the UK stores. Tasked with implementing and launching a new App (EasyPay) which enabled customers to shop with just their iTunes account details. Carried out extensive testing and also liaised with stakeholders from across the business. The success of the project was evidenced by the 17% uptake of products purchased via EasyPay. Addressed a business critical issue relating to pricing errors in the Apple Retail Stores across the EU Region. Developed a solution that enabled support staff to verify pricing information in real time. Worked closely with the billing and IT teams to design a report that ensured that errors could be corrected immediately.
