In order to support Deliveroo’s fast and further growth, as an HR generalist, I am the People expert for Belgium in our offices in Brussels. Part if the Belgian Leadership Team, working closely with the central HQ team in London, I am responsible for localising people policies, ensuring that we are compliant as we continue to grow, setting appropriate remuneration, providing benefits and engaging the people who work with us.
Work closely with international teams and Senior Management to help shape global HR practice and implement it abroad. Be the principal HR contact for European and worldwide companies ADDACTIS Belux, Ibérica, Netherlands, Latina, as well as the ADDACTIS Worldwide team. Support and advise management and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, employment law, HR admin and EU payroll. Manage the recruitment process to support our international development. Develop and increase employer branding. Create and improve the HR process: globalization of local processes. Ensure that our policies comply with the organization's plans and are in line with corporate and Legal requirements. Conduct HR process studies and benchmarking on HR topics and look for game-changing.
Design and develop learning programmes across 9 countries using both conventional channels and digital portals. Look for game-changing information, provide input for training strategies, plan & content design. Identify opportunities where learning and development would be more effective, working closely with HR Directors, HR Business Partners and Managers. Draft monthly reports for management and Board approval, handle the development of the LMS (Learning Management System).
Transversal mission over 9 countries (circa 250 employees) Process improvement: globalization of local processes, mapping and analysis of existing processes, production of transversal HR processes on recruitment, the induction programme, internal mobility, staff entry and exit documentation review & communication. Recruitment: recruit trainees and junior positions in total autonomy. Support of Employee Relation activities: give advice to managers, prepare administrative documents and be aware of new legislation.
At the Corporate HR Department - transversal mission over 17 countries (circa 220 Employees). Manage recruitment sessions for junior positions, participate in the internal mobility process (interviews, administrative follow-up), give advice to managers on the annual appraisal campaign, coordinate the salary review process, co-partner the moves made to improve HR processes.
