I have spent over two decades at the intersection of healthcare, life sciences, and technology — working across health systems, biopharma, digital health, and clinical AI to help translate complex innovation into measurable patient and commercial impact. My perspective is built on an unusually integrated set of experiences. I began in health system administration at Indiana University Medical Center, moved through Fortune 100 leadership, and commissioned as a U.S. Infantry Officer — all before spending the better part of the last decade building at the frontier of clinical AI, decentralized trials, real-world evidence, and digital health strategy. I have founded and scaled multiple ventures, held advisory roles with global pharmaceutical and life sciences companies, and been involved in transactions totaling over $100M. Today I am the Founder and CEO of TAMP Inc., a healthcare innovation and commercialization firm operating at the intersection of clinical AI, life sciences strategy, and global market development. We work with early-stage and growth-stage companies navigating the full arc from U.S. market entry through commercialization — and with established U.S. companies looking to scale, expand, and compete more effectively in an increasingly complex landscape. A core part of our work is built around the DPPC InnovaHub, a physician-powered accelerator and venture studio model that grew out of our earlier global Doctor Innovator network. DPPC connects frontline clinicians and health system innovators with the strategic, commercial, and capital resources needed to identify real pain points, validate solutions, and bring them to market. It is one of the few programs where clinical insight and commercial execution are genuinely integrated from the start. I also work in close partnership with Hill Research AI, bringing AI-native infrastructure and clinical development intelligence to life sciences organizations across the drug development lifecycle. I serve on the Board of Directors of The Beautiful Way Foundation, a nonprofit focused on community health access and patient advocacy. I hold degrees from Harvard, Indiana University, Bryant University, and the University of Phoenix, have served as an adjunct professor to MBA students, and speak regularly at industry conferences on digital health, clinical AI, and life sciences innovation. If you are working at the intersection of clinical innovation, global market strategy, and healthcare transformation — I would welcome the conversation.
TAMP is a digital health innovation studio built on one conviction: the best solutions in healthcare start with the people closest to the pain. We work at the intersection of clinical insight and commercial execution — partnering with physician innovators, healthcare organizations, and life sciences companies to move ideas from observation to market. Our work spans strategy, ecosystem development, and hands-on commercialization support, with a particular focus on the U.S. market and companies entering it from anywhere in the world. Our flagship platform, DPPC InnovaHub, brings together a community of 60+ physician innovators across 13 countries — clinicians who refuse to wait for someone else to fix what they see every day. We guide them from identifying the real clinical problem through regulatory pathway, business model design, and commercial partnership. Our 90-day Strategic Project model is how we engage: deep immersion in the first month, build in the second, launch in the third — with long-term commercial relationships that extend well beyond the sprint. We don't pitch. We diagnose. Then we build.
My relationship with Hill Research AI began as a client — and what we experienced changed how we think about clinical development infrastructure entirely. Over several years of working with the platform, Hill Research's TriClick system effectively compressed what would have taken a team of nine people six months into a fraction of the time. The productivity and quality gains were significant enough that we made a deliberate decision: rather than simply continue as a client, we formalized a strategic partnership to begin bringing TriClick's capabilities directly to our own clients and partners across the life sciences ecosystem. Hill Research AI builds AI-native infrastructure for clinical development, including tools for CRF annotation, patient recruitment, HIPAA-compliant data desensitization, TFL generation, and multimodal evidence extraction. Their platform serves 50+ trials and 10+ clients including top-3 pharma. If you are running clinical trials and feeling the weight of manual, time-intensive processes — this is worth a conversation.
