As a BIM Manger my role centers on implementing ISO-19650 standards, optimizing project information management, and fostering collaboration across teams. I work diligently on BIM documentations BEP MIDP TIDP and Clash Matrix reviewing and refining Revit templates, extracting and managing project data, and upholding high standards in modeling, coordination, and shop drawings. I am proficient in Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, BIM 360, and clash detection workflows, with hands-on experience managing federated models and driving coordination between architecture, MEP, and structural teams. I have supported tender submissions, project delivery, and digital twin initiatives .My approach balances technical precision with effective communication across consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
Develop and execute Substation Models with alignment of the BEP. Extract All Architecture Package and Detail drawings from BIM models by maintaining quality standards. Creating an approved architecture Template across all teams. Preparing parametric Revit Families. Navisworks Clash resolving to Prepare Clash-free Models. Extracting ADM & Civil defense Architecture Drawings. Maintain a coordinated Model With All MEP & civil Trade Discipline. Manage BIM data and ensure proper file organization and version control. Follow and help develop BIM standards, templates, and workflows. Create visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs for design presentations. Support design teams in communicating concepts to clients and stakeholders.
