- Meeting with clients to discuss the job requirements and to set the hiring plan. - Analysis’s recruitment process using Yield Ratio to maintain defects. - Identify, recruit and source the RIGHT candidates for clients. - Network in order to build a database of available candidates. - Develop and nurture existing client relationships. - Mentor and lead the Junior members of the team. - Screen candidates and determine their eligibility for employment based on their skills and experience. - Conduct the hiring process. - Conduct quality checks and screenings as needed. - Fill customer orders. - Daily phone interaction with clients. - Attend client meetings. - Ensures accurate data input into the (ATS) Applicant Tracking System HRIS system.
