Manage talent acquisition for MEP projects, including Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil roles. Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement programs. Drive performance management, probation evaluations, and employee development. Collaborate with department heads to identify manpower needs and succession plans. Monitor HR KPIs and provide reports to support strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with the Egyptian Labor Law and company policies. Enhance employee experience and foster a positive workplace culture.
HR Business Partner | SHAWKAT STONE CO • Partner with leadership teams to support HR strategies and workforce planning across corporate and manufacturing operations, serving a workforce of 50+ employees. • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and organizational standards. • Lead employee relations activities, including investigations, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and employee counseling, promoting a positive and compliant workplace culture. • Manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar, gray-collar, and blue-collar positions, collaborating with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent. • Successfully implemented and supported Zoho People and Zoho CRM systems, contributing to HR digital transformation and process automation initiatives. • Oversee payroll preparation, attendance management, overtime calculations, and personnel administration, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. • Support performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational development projects to enhance workforce productivity and business performance. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency and strengthening HR service delivery.
• Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments. • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems. • Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters. • Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including; bi-weekly and semi-monthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, tracking vacation/sick pay, importing expense reimbursements, inputting exceptions, hourly employee validations, and benefit changes. • Collect information on working hours of each employee. • Determine the right payroll amount by calculating overtime, bonuses etc. • Prepare payroll payments and ensure payroll funding is in place. • Answer employees' questions about payroll. • Prepare periodic payroll reconciliation and submit reports to the payroll manager for review.
