Preparation of work instructions for Project wrapping line for SPORT and SSP Variantes MSLV5.X. Leading the implementation of the the Mini Line for project wrapping line Participation in PFMEA meeting with the team. Leading the audit for the new Mini line implemened according the specifications CPS. Participation in brainstorming with the team regarding the planning of the project . Responsible for PPAP Submission to customer for MB and VW Project. Managing meeting with customers regarding quality topics and PPAP requirements. Leading the customer claims for phase project VAN VS30 and VS30 using the approach 8D report Validation the first sampling and the PPAP parts requested by customer. Leading the process capability and MSA requested by customer . Participation in PFMEA GO SEE FIX ( Reverse PFMEA) with the team . Collecting and Preparation of the documents (PPAP Package ) requested by Customer . Participation in customer Audit for MSLV3, MSLV4 and MSLV5 project as project quality Engineer. Participation in A3 approach with the team according to customer returns. Change Management and Validation internally.
''Design and manufacture of an automated turntable wrapping machine'' - Mechanical design of the stretch wrapper on SolidWorks. -Establishment of a shearing system for the plastic film. -Electrical study and development of electrical plans of the machine on EPLAN. -Installation of a LENZ 8201 speed variation system and a programmable logic controller (PLC). - Implementation of a Human Machine Interface (HMI) -Automatic study of the wrapping machine on TIAPORTAL V15.
-Development of the range of assembly of the power rack and the transmission of the Pearl Guard robot. -Development of the electrical wiring of the two racks under SolidWorks Routing. - Final development of the assembly range by integrating the electrical wiring.
