I have been working special events well before the age of 16. Always proving my work ethic is unique. I have demonstrated a can do attitude. Every task or problem has a solution. Finding it and being able to solve problems in a high stress situation comes from years of experience and learning from mistakes. Being able to manage people of different work ethics, and backgrounds comes with leading by example. Never ask someone to do anything you will not do, and never pretend to know the answer. My father taught me, "the best way to manage is by asking someone a question to have them think they came up with the solution. In powering people will get them to work harder and do a better job."

International Race Director for Spartan Race. In charge of the race from start to finish, the RD plans, manages directs, delegates, and executes nearly every aspect of the race. RD scouts the venue, conceptualizes course and festival, designs course and festival, organizes staffing and hotel reservations, reserves vehicles, and handles logistics. The RD is the point of contact with venue and is responsible for troubleshooting any and all problems, acquiring permits, marking course, and has final say on every race-related issue/topic
Assisted the Mountain Manager, was responsible for all on hill events Winter and Summer. Worked with and helped direct all mountain Managers and work directly with Marketing and General Manager. Worked on Safety committee, and future development group. Other responsibilities were tracking and teaching Snowmobile safety and operations for the mountain, and lift evacuations. Grooming reports Snowmaking and Terrain Park operations. with Racing, Learning Center, Patrol, and on slope food outlets.
Lift Operations Asst. Manager: Work with Department Manager to help ensure smooth operations of Lift Operations. Responsible for interviewing, checking references, hiring most domestic Lift Operators. Tasks include training staff and weekly, daily scheduling work assignments. Acted as Manager on duty for Lift Operations and Tubing in on a regularly scheduled basis. Spring duties include working with Lift Maintenance to maintain grips and seasonal routine maintenance methods and procedures outlined by the State of Vermont Tramway. Attended Lift Maintenance School at Butternut. Okemo Mountain Resort, Mountain Operations May 2006 to September 2006 Ludlow, VT Responsibilities include: Operating Rock Truck, Water and Fuel truck, Bucket loaders, Excavators, and all other Okemo vehicles. Worked with erosion control methods in accordance of Vermont State Policies. Participated in weekly safety meeting. Okemo Mountain Resort, Lift Operations and Lift Maintenance March 2006 to May 2006 Ludlow, VT Lift Operations Supervisor: Assisted Lift Operations Manager with daily tasks to help ensure smooth operations of lifts. Tasks included working with staff, daily logs, and working in adverse conditions with a positive attitude. After winter season worked with Lift Maintenance to maintain grips and seasonal routine maintenance methods and procedures. Spring duties include being trained with Lift Maintenance to maintain grips and seasonal routine maintenance methods and procedures outlined by the State of Vermont Tramway.
