About

🟢 I build pathways that help people and communities access opportunities they may not otherwise have. This belief has shaped the last 14 years of my work, from co-founding Singapore Youth for Climate Action and representing youth at COP21, to leading multi-country empowerment programmes, and now supporting corporate sustainability and responsible sourcing at WWF-Singapore. Today, as a Senior Executive in the Market Transformation Team, I work across corporate sustainability, responsible sourcing, and behavioural change. This role marks a meaningful transition for me: from years of grassroots and community-focused work into more technical, systems-oriented sustainability. I bring the same purpose into this chapter, designing solutions that are grounded, people-centred, and built to last. Across both paid and volunteer roles, my work has consistently centred on helping others grow through access, learning, and empowerment. I’ve led regional programmes for youth leaders and SMEs, mobilised volunteers, facilitated workshops, run community engagements, and built partnerships across Southeast Asia. These experiences shaped strong roots in facilitation, programme management, advocacy, and human-centred systems design. 🔵 If you’re someone who judges profiles solely by degrees or job titles, this is not the profile for you. But if you value a holistic journey shaped by leadership, resilience, community service, and lived experience, read on. - Between 2008 and 2014, I balanced part-time jobs and internships while navigating two breaks in my university pathway. - From 2015 to 2022, I dedicated myself to building youth climate engagement through SYCA. - From 2022 to 2024, I led regional capacity-building programmes with a Malaysian impact organisation. These years taught me that impact is strongest when compassion, structure, and opportunity come together, a principle I carry into every role. If any part of this resonates, let’s connect. If we haven’t met, please include a note, better yet, let’s meet in person. There’s always more to life than what’s shared online.
