Responsibilities: Ensure compliance to HSE requirements are adhered and complied by all personnel to meet the HSE KPI target. Ensure HSE Plan, programs, standards and procedures are implemented. To conduct daily site HSE inspections. Ensure incidents and audit corrective actions are complied. Ensuring adequate preparations regards to HSE undertaken by all parties before proceeding with the work. Briefs all personnel on their roles and responsibilities regarding HSE. Conduct daily monitoring to achieve compliance especially in areas of PTW, JHA, PPE requirements and participate in HSE inspections and incident / accidents investigations. To ensure all personnel comply with HSE requirements. Conduct daily toolbox talk Coordinate the implementation of HSE Plan with respect to HSE Management. Liaise with Area Engineers, Work Supervisor, Fire Watchers and contractor workers to promote HSE awareness in work area under their control. Ensure daily housekeeping is carried out and industrial hygiene is maintained in the work area. Ensure incidents / accidents are reported and investigation report prepared by respective engineers with agreed timeline. Monitor contractor personnel to ensure good safety practices are upheld. Provide PPE meeting the specifications and require Prepare and conduct HSE community meeting. Involve in Audit ISO 45001: 2018 for company.
Responsibilities: To ensure that all HSE rules and regulations area followed by all workers. To conduct daily Toolbox Talk and weekly Mass Toolbox. Prepare JHA for activity conducted at site. To conduct monthly and quarterly inspection for machinery, vehicle and equipment. Join weekly safety management walkabout and rectify all findings to make sure improvement in safety aspect. Prepare document for chemical usage and supervise all requirement regarding environmental activity to ensure all meet PETRONAS and DOE aspect. To report all accidents, incidents and near-miss and to investigate all accidents are required. Preparing all HSSE plan and procedure. Preparing HSE Targets, Plans and Programs. To conduct in-house training. (Safety Inductions, PTW awareness and etc) Preparing, planning and conduct quarterly safety campaign.
