I search for commercial and technical talent, sales leaders, marketing leads, and engineering managers, for SaaS and enterprise technology companies operating in Japan. Before SoftSource, I held commercial roles at Marin Software, Itochu Techno-Solutions (CTC), and Nexway, across SaaS and enterprise technology. I was recognized as MVP in my first year in technology sales. That experience changes how I evaluate candidates, I know what execution looks like in these roles because I've done the work. It means I'm looking beyond the resume for the commercial instincts and market judgment that make a hire perform in Japan's enterprise environment.
