My mission is first to deploy Operational Excellence Culture & Best Practices (Lean, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, TPM...) accross the entire Knauf Group. Second, it's to define and deploy the Sustainability Strategy: mainly focusing on decarbonisation and circular economy. My third scope of responsiblity is Health & Safety "Building safe, empowering and efficient workplaces" for our employees and contractors.
