Overall strategic and operational responsibility for Quality, Compliance, Sustainability (ESG) and Logistics, reporting directly to executive management. • Leadership and continuous development of integrated management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 37301) • Certified Process Auditor VDA 6.3 • Application of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) • Certified CSRD Manager (TÜV) responsible for development and implementation of CSRD-aligned sustainability reporting • Establishment of corporate carbon footprint accounting (Scope 1–3) and integration into sustainability reporting and decarbonization strategy • Oversight of international regulatory compliance across chemical, product safety, food contact, packaging and environmental legislation (incl. REACH, RoHS, EU 10/2011, EU 2022/1616, PPWR, POP, TSCA, PFAS) • Steering of supplier governance, audit and risk management structures (VDA 6.3 / VDA 6.5) • Responsibility for strategic logistics processes including carrier selection and tender management • Coordination of export and customs processes and implementation of structured traceability across the supply chain
