- Responsible for an inbound supply organization of about 50 people - established high performance and sustainable inbound supply chain through continuous process improvements (established KPI's , continuously measured results in Cost, Inventory, Quality, Customer Experience, Asset Management ) - drove organizational effectiveness ( implementing new software tool and new job roles ) and influenced worldwide inbound supply chain processes - actively involved in several cross-functional initiatives , e.g. Manufacturing Lead for Acquisition and Supply Chain strategies/ process improvements ( 6S projects: Line Disruptions, On-Time Delivery Improvements, Material Cost Reduction improvements) - improved support for product lifecycle management during new product introduction through organizational and process changes in partnership with R&D / Marketing - co-developed in a small team worldwide strategic Procurement processes and inbound supply chain quality strategies ( e.g. Quality reporting, Material Cost reporting,etc.) - established QMS Procurement Dashboard and Quality Control metrics (Supplier Quality Dashboard, , Lean Admin workshops, ISO 9001/ 13485 compliant processes )
