Systems Division - Contracting
Involved in a flagship 200MW green hydrogen production project in Europe, centered on electrolysis technology. Contributing to the development of the renewable hydrogen sector at scale. • Leading large-scale, cross-functional projects with significant budgets across three major orders • Cooperation with a diverse team of ~25 professionals across internal departments and external partners • Overseeing the full EPC project lifecycle: from feasibility studies and bidding to basic/detail engineering and execution • Drafting technical specifications, evaluating bids, supporting procurement, and managing implementation through negotiation and oversight • Handling scheduling, and stakeholder engagement • Ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards • Providing strategic support for both ongoing and proposal-stage projects • Coordinating vendors and reporting to key stakeholders
• Lead Mechanical Engineer for Fired and Static equipment, • Coordination of service / revamp projects for Hydrogen (Blue) production. Fired discipline. • Coordination of static equipment, for production of Oxygen & Nitrogen, filtering package for Air Separation Unit in the BASF Chemical Park in Schwarzheide, Germany • Supporting rotating group in large scale Butadiene Extraction Unit. External and Internal coordination including: process, electrical, Instrumentation, civil, piping, process control, procurement, document control disciplines.
Responsibilities: • Preparation of mechanical and civil engineering details for acquisition, as well as execution phase of business operation. • Designing of environmental protection equipment in accordance to standards and requirements. • Providing design and drafting solution for mechanical & structural scope of equipment. • Providing on-time delivery technical documentation (Concepts, assembly, detail drawings, BOM). • Technical clarifications with the clients, projects reviews participation. • Technical support during projects acquisition and execution. • Carrying out service site visits, measurements. • Cooperation with other departments, clients, subcontractors.
Responsibilities: • 3D or 2D CAD designing of pressure equipment in accordance to PED requirements, • Technical documentation preparation (concepts, assembly and detail drawings, operation and maintenance documentation), • Carrying out strength calculation (EN13445-3, EN13480-3, ASME section VIII), • Carrying out equipment acceptances, workshop visits and measurements, • Cooperating with other departments, clients, subcontractors, manufacturer, • Working with EN, ASME and DIN standards.
Gap in contract with BIPROTECH Sp. z o. o. Responsibilities: Main task: commissioning and mechanical improvements of the Transportable Refrigeration Apparatus for CO2 Investigation TRACI. • Perform and analyse plots of temperature, flow and pump speed ability etc., • Perform regulations, leak test system, vacuuming & replacement of refrigerant, • Organisation, planning and supervising for transport & relocation plant CORA, • Drawing of P&ID for LUCASZ CO2 cooling unit dedicated for CMS and LHCb experiments.
