Following responsibilities at ALSTOM CEF 1 were under my surveillance: - Methodize and perform tests on a rolling stock according to the required customer's specification with the following standards:[EN-17025, EN-14363, UIC 544-1, UIC 544-2, EN-14067, NFF-00701, EN-12663] - Customer handling and coordination with an abundance of activities (onsite - offsite) - Material preparation and installation (such as sensors, strain gauges, etc.), - Programmation of test softwares - Test performance - Data analysis of the test results and post-processing - Write reports
- Propose an approach to optimize the assignment of operators on different workstations based on physical constraints
- Implementation of failure scenarios and exploration of the results through “KASEM” software - study whether the functional analysis of Telma with predictive maintenance is more efficient compared to other types of maintenances
