As Section Head of Modern Workplace, I manage a 25 mio€ budget and lead a team of about 80 internal employees. I transformed the workplace into a fully digital hybrid office environment with latest feature set. I oversee the Service & Product Portfolio, responsible for service delivery, innovation, end user support and employee experience. My focus includes IT office Infrastructure and End User devices on global scale, integration and full SLA-based Service provisioning for DBG and its subsideries.
As Head of Collaboration & Cloud Services, I managed a 5 Mio€ budget and led the program to build, integrate and operate global IT infrastructure and services. I supported central IT transformation and represented the service at the CIO and CFO level.
As Program Director of IT Transformations, I led large-scale IT outsourcing programs with budgets up to 50 mio€ and teams od up to 200 FTEs. I had experience in staff takeovers, process integration, and change management. I successfully managed transitions for major clients in the Banking, Manufactoring and Life Sciences industries.
