Head offices (13 floors), 5 branches in use and 2 branches under construction. The Procurement and administration department consist of 7 units (Purchasing – Maintenance – Procurement accounting – Fixed assets and inventory – Stocks – Mail, correspondence and cash transfer – Reception). Responsibilities: Managing the contracts, negotiation with suppliers to get win-win offers, support and supervision full-off team tasks, making the annual plan and budget, searching for a new branches location and arranging facility management for all the bank buildings.
