I am a recently graduated Food Innovator. I graduated on a project about improving fruit and vegetable intake among students. interests lay with concept development and product development. I chose to specialize in Food Design in my education. This means I am able to present and develop a complete food concept including every aspect. Food Design is essentially the bridge between marketing and more technical product development.
While working at Fresh Direct UK, I'll be developing new salad leaf mixes and composite salads.
While working for La Place, I developed an à la minute Juicebar concept. Part of this assignment was to develop recipes, think about signing and how to communicate the story, the best way to work in the restaurant and look into the possible costs and profits.
