I am an engineering leader with nearly two decades of experience designing, building, and operating global-scale software systems. I specialize in supporting builders across the tech stack, with deep expertise in high-throughput cloud services, embedded web applications, AuthN/AuthZ middleware, and data pipelines. Throughout my career, I’ve developed deep domain knowledge across IoT video streaming, eCommerce, offline-store operations, and Marketing Technology. My experience ranges from building full warehouse management suites and B2B2C social shopping solutions to delivering core operations software for Amazon’s first physical storefronts and Ring’s digital ecosystem. Currently, I lead the Digital Operations engineering team for Ring, overseeing high-volume transactional platforms, enterprise-scale notification systems, and complex personalization engines. I pride myself on maintaining deep technical capability alongside organizational leadership. Recently, this has included partnering with principal engineers to architect and deploy a new policy-based RBAC system across dozens of services, as well as launching a high-volume, AI-powered voice agent for customer support.
