Full time recruiter in the beauty industry in EMEA market Responsabilities: - find and connect with individuals who are passionate in the beauty industry - make presentations and sell the working points (beauty shops) to possible candidates -build headhunting strategy and improve ATS system functionality -engage with professionals in the beauty and fashion industry -maintain accuracy in the system and good relationship with stakeholders
- Managing the administration of all employees, products of the company - Preparing employment forms (temporary / permanent labor contracts, addendums, certificates requested by the employees), - Processing timesheets and facilitating salary calculations, - Keeping relationship with external services (meal ticket provider, labour medicine clinics, suppliers), - Establishing proper methodology for recruitment strategy ,recruitment and secretary support for the front office and for the working location points, - Assisting the candidate throughout the whole recruitment and employment process and also after employment for any issue may occur, - Actively developing and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates for current and future business needs, - Developing human resources policies and procedures in order to align the human resources strategy in accordance to the business plans.
