At the end of the day, I had to make the balance and reconcile daily deposits and withdrawals, prepare items for batch processing. I organized the agency's cash management, and transferred the excess money to the collecting center. After 8 months of being bank operator, I applied for branch manager position.

The best result of my account administrator career at Banca Transilvania, was to bring the greatest resources for agency, invested in unit linked products. After one week on this job, I wondered the branch manager what are the investment founds and how could our clients invest in unit liked products. The branch manager gave me the products guides, and in just one week, I bring the largest amount for the agency invested in founds. The operation had to be supervised by the commercial director.
