Designing and maintaining a joined-up BI service across the organization. Data lead on a systems migration from QL to Esuasive's Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Housing solution. Subsequently redesigning the BI service to make full use of this platform, and further customizing and developing within the CRM system. I also conducted research on improving values-based behaviours and ran Mindfulness sessions to aid wellbeing.
Delivering a range of analysis, including providing real-time actionable information to frontline staff, monitoring & evaluation on programmes & interventions at NHG. Provided BI support to a business-wide focus on Fire Safety. Creating dashboards in Tableau in collaboration with end users, and engaging stakeholders in order to ensure these were used consistently. I conducted research on data engagement among staff, made recommendations to the BI team and oversaw their implementation.
