Working with more than two dozen municipal light plants across the northeast to support their energy efficiency, electric vehicle, electrification and distributed energy resource goals.
This commission represents a broad spectrum of industry leaders whose goal is to advise NEEC on its process to align the BOC® program with the American National Standard Institute ANSI/ISO/IEC standard 17024.
Work closely with customers, vendors, internal contacts, Utilities, and Program Administrators in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire to develop and manage strategic initiatives which create significant contribution to the electric and natural gas portfolio.
Work closely with customers, vendors, internal contacts and MA Program Administrators to implement on a day- to- day basis, three energy efficiency programs including developing, delivery, monitoring, evaluating and reporting on projects and programs. Also including, creating strategic plans, leading various initiatives, setting goals and achieving goals within budget.
Work with utility programs (Nstar, National Grid, Columbia Gas, Liberty Utilities) to perform natural gas efficiency calculations utilizing historical fuel consumption, ASHRAE standards, and current modeling software. In conjunction with calculating fuel savings, the work includes working with utilities to verify the calculations are accurate. This involves utilizing HOBO data monitors, weather conditions, and site specific information.
